Buildings are created to be lent on lease to tenants. Buildings may be lent as a single unit or might be divided into sub-units to let every unit independently. Upon creation these buildings will be available for lease rental agreement. every building will have to be assigned a Posting Profile to post its accounting entries.

Buildings List View:

The list view screen of Building gives options to add new building, import data from previous systems used in entity and generate reports in different formats of recorded items, along with a detailed tabular form of listed building. This list view included all building information such as name and portfolio name, building type, company, Abbreviation name of building e-mail mobile number and also selected all possible information. On above screen, Edit, view, Export Excel, Print, Export in PDF options will appear.

Adding New Building:

Select the currency from drop down like SAR, PKR

Enter the name of owner which have owned building

Enter the area of building like sq. ft. or sq. m
Multi-unit Building If building have ha multi-unit then check this
Amenities Select amenities which you provide to tenant like Internet ,Parking etc.

Click to save option to save all creating building

Units:

If a building is to be sub divided and not to be let as single item, it’s Units are created. Each unit is treated an individual item to be let. Their might be separate amenities attached to units.
