Customer relationship management is a technology for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. In this module,  firstly create user account and its contacts . After that,  create lead against account. When lead  is accepted then it is converted into opportunity.  And if lead is not accepted then it is converted into customer. Those customers show in customer listing of account receivable module.
